I am renting a single room in a large apartment of 70 m2, located in Krakow, Ruczaj, ul. Piltza 44a :) 3rd floor with an elevator and a nice view of the surroundings. New block from 2019.
The apartment is furnished to a nice standard. It consists of 5 single rooms, 2 bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet) and a kitchenette.
Room equipment:
- a comfortable sofa with a container for bedding
- desk with a comfortable office chair
- sliding wardrobe with a mirror
- sun blinds on the windows
Apartment equipment:
- kitchen: large 2-meter NoFrost fridge (no need to defrost) with a freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, hood, sink, capacious washing machine, microwave with grill option, kettle, full set of dishes and cutlery.
- 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet and a shower, a mirror and a bathroom cabinet with drawers.
- hall with a large wardrobe with shelves for shoes and common equipment available to everyone: an iron, an ironing board and a clothes dryer.
Location:
- ul. Piltza 44a
- about 5 minutes to the Czerwone Maki tram terminus from which trams and buses run towards the Jagiellonian University campus (2 stops) and directly to the market square
- approx. 7 minutes on foot to corporations such as Shell, Motorola, Nokia
- 3 min walk to the Atut shopping center, where there is, among others: Lidl and many other stores
- 2 min walk to Biedronka
- 1 minute walk to Żabka, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby
