The adjacent room is occupied by an approximately 28-year-old working man, quiet and respectful of shared space.
I am looking for a tenant who respects privacy and keeps order, working or studying. Not partying in the apartment. I accept visits from individual people.
The offered room is equipped with a desk, wardrobe, shelves and an Ikea Hemnes foldable bed that can be folded to dimensions 160x200.
Residents have at their disposal an 11m kitchen with a dining room, a gas stove and a fridge, a microwave, and a balcony next to the kitchen!
Bathroom /bathtub, washing machine/ - note, there is no sink. The bathroom is as in the photos - old but clean.
