This very elegant mini apartment is super close to the river, precisely located in the Jewish district! The studio apartment is equipped with a double bed and an armchair bed.

There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

The Lessors offer hand-sanitisers and disinfectants, home sanitisers, gloves, anti-smog masks, surgery masks. The Lessor offers as well board games and flexible contracts of lease.

The double bed is new and very comfortable (the size of the mattress is 140×200 cm).
There is NO elevator in the building.
