This means that there some other almost identical units in the building. So, what you see above may be slightly different to what you actually rent. - The flat is furnished with basic cutlery and kitchen tools. - The place is also equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, double-bed with mattress (140x200 cm), curtains, wardrobe, hanger, clothes drying rack, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine. - We can get you bed linens and towels (this service is optional and quite popular among our tenants, please read the file attached). We have a price-list for additional services (optional services).
Insurance for the tenants?
We don't have specific insurance for our tenants. The property owner only has the obligatory insurance for the building. The place is located on the 2nd floor, ul. Stradomska 5, Kraków, Poland. In the building there are many expats and the area is very safe.
