Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with combination AC/heater.

Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property best suited for 2 tenants but can host up to 4 guests. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets.
