Situated on the 1st floor of a modern two-story building, this practical apartment is perfectly positioned in the vibrant heart of Qawra Bay, a 2-minute walk from the beach, Cafe del Mar and a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.
Ideally set up for outside living, the property features a private balcony and access to the shared rooftop terrace, with a BBQ and dining area with panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
Inside, the bright, open plan living space is furnished with a dining table, two sofas and a flatscreen TV. This area leads to a small kitchen equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge freezer.

The apartment is located in the vibrant resort of Qawra, less than a 5-minute walk from: the Aquarium, Cafe del Mar, Qawra Point Beach and Ix-Xtajta Beach on Salina Bay, the perfect place for sun worshippers and swimmers who can enjoy the crystal-clear waters. The town is also home to many water-sport activities, including banana boat, speed boat and jet ski rides, as well as kayaking, snorkelling and diving.
For history enthusiasts, the imposing Bugibba Battery is a 20-minute walk away, and both the ancient Megalithic Temples of Malta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the historic city of Mdina are a 20-minute drive away.
Malta's typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather. Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the lush, green countryside.
