1) If the cancellation is made 48 hours after booking and before 8:00 pm EST on the day before move-in: Full refund (prepaid dues + move-in fee). However, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
2) If the cancellation is made 48+ hours after booking through 8:00 pm EST on the day before move-in: Only prepaid dues refunded (move-in fee is non-refundable and you will be charged the entire move-in fee if you previously selected a payment plan.)
3) If the cancellation is made after 8:00pm EST on the day before move-in: No refund available (move-in fee is non-refundable and you will be charged the entire move-in fee if you previously selected a payment plan) (1st week's dues are non-refundable). If using a free transfer, remaining 1st week dues will be applied to the new home.
