In the neighborhood, you can find all you need: a few convenience shops just around the corner, a Lidl supermarket 6 minutes away, a 20-minute walk to the seaside, and a nightlife area full of bars, pubs, and restaurants. Just in front of the house, an olive tree garden is located, along with an open-air public gym. Peace and quiet are within very walkable distance of the main cities, the seaside, and all attractions.
There's no typical community member in our community, as we love fun and value different qualities that people have. However, usually, the person is between 25-45 years old, a digital nomad, or an entrepreneur. We have a few people who are already residents of Malta and, therefore, live with us for +6 months, so they work for Maltese IGaming companies (including working from the office). We value an open mind, ambition, creativity, motivation for work, having things done together with witty humor, a relaxed approach to life, and having fun socializing.
