Bright, furnished single room with garden views in a single-family home, a 5-minute walk from the Parque Polvoranca train station in Leganés (Madrid), and a bus stop 100 meters away. A 20-minute train ride from downtown Madrid, the Glorieta de Atocha, or the Atocha train station, and 3 km from the UC3M campus.

There is a student-only kitchen with a private refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and cooking utensils.

We have previously hosted students from China, the UK, the USA, and France.
The service is very friendly. We have a large, affectionate, and playful dog.
We like music. We also have barbecues in the garden.
A one-month deposit via bank transfer is required, which is returned to the guest at the end of their stay.
Room overlooking the garden of the house with wardrobe, study table, very bright and quiet. The bathroom is shared only with the student in the blue room if there is one in it.
