3. Payment in 4 instalments: Requires a valid UK based guarantor, your payment dates will be 24th July 2024, 24th October 2024, 24th January 2025, and 24th April 2025.
1. The property requires a valid UK based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent in 4 instalments.
2. You do not have to provide a guarantor if you are paying in full or in 2 instalments.
1. The property offers a 7 day cooling off period, wherein if you wish to cancel your holding deposit will be returned.
2. After the 7 days have passed or you have accepted your online tenancy agreement the cooling off period ends and any monies paid will not be refunded.
