I rent a beautiful and fully furnished attic apartment (without elevator).
Location: 3 minutes walk from Connewitzer Kreuz with connection to bus and tram. Rewe, bakery, bars and restaurants (Karl-Liebknecht-Str.) as well as forest and lakes in the immediate vicinity.
It's all there, you just have to bring your own things.
Everything you see in the photos is also there, unless something is not desired. We can talk about it individually.
Bedroom: 180x200 cm bed, dimmable bedside lamps incl. charging station
Large living room: TV, couch and separate 160x200 cm bed, large dining table
Modern fitted kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook and eat.

Apartment is in the back building and therefore very quiet.
