This is a fully furnished and equipped 3-room apartment in the north of Leipzig. It has a total living space of 65 square meters and is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped living - and dining area, a study, which can also be used as a second bedroom, as well as the kitchen, a balcony, and the bathroom.
Since the apartment has been furnished ready to move in, nothing else needs to be brought, except your own suitcase. Among other things, you will find in the kitchen already all the utensils of daily use such as cutlery, knives, plates, glasses, etc.
The living - and dining area has also been furnished in a very high quality and also offers enough space to be able to receive visitors.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with already existing bed linen, comforter cover & pillows, as well as a large wardrobe. If there are three of you, there is a single bed in the study.
The study is also perfect as a home office. A desk and chair have already been thought of here.
