The apartment is located in Leipzig Engelsdorf. There are three supermarkets within 1 km. The highway connection is about 3 km away. Bus stops and S-Bahn are within 5 min walking distance, the Paunsdorf-Center within 10 min.
The bedroom has a large closet and a 2m wide bed. Pillows, comforters, and bed linen are already available.
The kitchen-living room has a newly fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, stove, dishwasher, and large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Crockery, cutlery, pots, and glasses are available. In addition, there is a large dining table with four chairs in the room and a sideboard.
The living room has a comfortable leather set, with a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, armchair and footstool, an antique wardrobe, a table and Hifi cabinet with 49inch flat TV (satellite reception).
The balcony has access to the kitchen and living room. All windows have blinds and are triple-glazed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a real glass shower wall.
Directly in front of the house, however, there are sufficient parking spaces or parking bays on the street.
The monthly warm rent is all-inclusive Euro 890,- This includes all utilities and also electricity costs up to 1500 kW-hours per year consumption. More consumption will be charged accordingly. The deposit is 1.100,- Euro.
