Fully furnished single room (Studio apartment) in a well preserved 'Altbau' building. The apartment is 37 square meters as well as heaving a storage room for any suitcases etc. This ground floor apartment which is sitting higher then the street level (mezzanine floor), therefor enjoying privacy from the street. The bright apartment has a high celling and with 4 large windows going to the hight of the celling which allow a lot of light to enter the apartment- but still allow privacy. You find here: The living room and bedroom has a large wardrobe, a dining table, sofa and double bed with 1.60 m width. In the kitchen you will enjoy a fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and basic equipment of crockery and pots. In the white tiled bathroom you will have a bathtub and a washing machine
The apartment is located in a quiet side street of the popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße , a perfect entertainment street with many bars, restaurants and shops spread along the street. Supermarkets are also waling distance away. On Karl-Liebknecht-Straße you can hop on tram line 10 & 11 end connect to the rest of the city to the university, to the old city centre and to shops and shopping centres
