You’ll be among the first to move into this brand new space in Leipzig’s Zentrum-Nord district. Stylish, comfortable, and carefully designed, this shared apartment comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, including a modern kitchen, dining area, and bathroom.
This new construction has everything you need to fully enjoy your time in Leipzig. The building features several amenities, including a spacious community space with a stunning terrace on the upper floor and a beautiful courtyard. In addition, the building is also equipped with commodities to make your everyday life a breeze, from a laundry room to bike storage and several elevators.
A popular spot for young professionals and students, Zentrum-Nord is a vibrant and well-connected district just north of Leipzig’s city center. The district is close to Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (the central train station), making it easy and convenient to reach the city center. In addition to its connectivity, this district is also near Rosental Park, a large green area that offers plenty of outdoor recreational options and is perfect for walks, jogging, and picnics. Zentrum-Nord is also known for its growing selection of cafes, shops, and restaurants, with a blend of modern buildings and classic Leipzig architecture, making it the ideal location to enjoy a quiet but dynamic everyday life!
This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
