The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Wilhelminian-style house in a prime residential area in the Waldstraße district. The striking residential building with its impressive facade is a representative gem in one of the most popular residential areas in the city.
APARTMENT
The apartment has been fully renovated and newly furnished in the Summer of 2024. You will find a comfortable sofa in the large living room which can be extended into a sleeping sofa for guests. There is also a big TV and a dining table that fits up to four people. The open kitchen offers all cooking items you might need in order to cook a delicious meal. In the bedroom you will find a cozy king-size bed (180 x 200 m). The bathroom offers a bathtub where you can relax after a long day.
High speed internet is available. “Anmeldung” at the address is possible.

The park’s paths lead to the Leipzig Zoo, one of the most renowned zoos in Europe. Explore the smaller shops and boutiques scattered throughout the area, offering unique local goods, artisanal products, and specialty items or simply enjoy a good meal at one of the many restaurants around. Grocery stores are also within a couple of minutes by foot.
