The apartment was completely renovated a year ago and furnished to a very high standard (WMF, Villeroy & Boch, Philips TV, tado floor heating, oak parquet flooring, etc.). It was considered by airbnb as the only airbnb Plus apartment in all of Saxony.
The apartment is located directly opposite the Federal Administrative Court - so you can walk almost everywhere: in Johanna Park, in Clara-Zetkin-Park, in the city center, on the Karli. The spacious balcony facing the inner courtyard makes it very quiet and not too warm in the summer, as the windows face east.
The apartment has an oak parquet floor with underfloor heating (app-controlled) and high-quality, large tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen-living room contains everything you need for cooking: ceramic stove top, a large refrigerator including freezer. A hot-air oven and dishes from Villeroy & Boch.
Everything is lovingly and modernly furnished. Light grey tones on the walls add an extra portion of charm and match the couch as well as the bed.
The price includes the use of furniture, internet, electricity and additional costs.
