The city center with its shops is just as easy to reach as the main train station with its fast connections to Cologne and Düsseldorf. The Chempark with its many companies can be reached on foot or in minutes by bus.
This modern and stylishly furnished apartment consists of a large room with a fully equipped kitchen area (stove, oven, refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, pots, etc.), hallway and modern bathroom. Everything is tastefully and functionally furnished to make you feel at home here. The apartment is fully furnished and contains all the necessary equipment (washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, etc.). A built-in closet offers enough space to store clothes and other belongings. Bed linen, towels and a basic set of cleaning equipment are also available. The apartment is very bright and friendly.
