Fully furnished room in a small building only with students and trainees living in.
Room located next to public transportations with direct connections to all universities. 250 meters from HEC Hazinelle and various shops, 500 meters from the heart of the city centre. The street is very quiet and safe.
The kitchen is shared with other students (4) but you will enjoy a private bathroom.
In the kitchen you will have your own space in the fridge, freezer etc.
The kitchen is full furnished: fridge, freezer, microwave, senseo, toaster, etc
The landlords do not live in the building but you can contact them 24/7 in case of emergency and during working hours for anything.
Common areas are cleaned twice a week, the building is well maintained, casual atmosphere, ideal place to study and make new friends!
Washing machine at your disposal (use is not free of charge).

- Secure door with cameras.
- bedsheets and kitchenware can be hired during your stay.
You will have to pay the bills on top of the rent and this will include electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning of common areas, moving in and out cleaning and all city taxes. This payment will take place when you move in., for the entire period.
