A grocery store is located directly downstairs, with other shops and coffee shops nearby!
The bus stop is directly across the street!
The tram and main shopping street are 300 meters away!
All-inclusive: utilities, electricity, heating, internet, and a cleaning service once a month!
Upon moving in, the final cleaning fee of €100 is payable, as well as an annual fee for the ORF contribution (a new fee for all persons registered in Austria is payable once a year).
GERMAN: Zentral gelegene Altbauwohnung, hohe Räume, ruhiger südseitiger Balkon in den Innenhof, 2 Schlafzimmer (1 x mit Klimaanlage), große Küche, sehr großer Wohnraum, Bad WC getrennt.
Direkt unten im Haus befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, weitere Geschäfte Läden Kaffes Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe!
Bei Einzug ist die Endreinigung von 100€ zu bezahlen sowie einmal im Jahr eine Gebühr für den ORF Beitrag (eine neue Gebühr für alle in Österreich angemeldeten Personen einmal im Jahr zu bezahlen)
Direkt gegenüber ist die Bushaltestelle!
Straßenbahn und Haupteinkaufsstraße in 300m Entfernung!
