Centrally located old building apartment, high rooms, balcony into the inner courtyard, very quiet and sunny, bedroom, large kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom, separate toilet.
The offer of €580 is for a bedroom and work space (furnished double bed, desk, box, etc.) for sole use and the rest of the apartment is also furnished (kitchen, bathroom, living room, balcony) to share with the other users of the apartment.
If a couple wants to share a bedroom and work space, the rent increases by €100

There is a grocery store directly downstairs in the house, and other shops, coffee shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity!

The bus stop is directly opposite!

Tram and main shopping street 300m away!

Everything inclusive: operating costs, electricity, heating, internet.

Upon moving in, the final cleaning fee of €100 is payable, as well as an annual fee for the ORF contribution (a new fee for all persons registered in Austria is payable once a year).

Zentral gelegene Altbauwohnung, hohe Räume, Balkon in den Innenhof sehr ruhig und sonnig, Schlafzimmer, große Wohnküche, Wohnraum, Bad WC getrennt.
Es handelt sich bei dem Angebot von 580€ für einen Schlaf und Arbeitsraum (Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kasten ect möbliert) zur Alleinbenutzung und der Rest der Wohnung ebenfalls möbliert (Küche Bad WC Wohnzimmer Balkon) zum teilen mit den anderen Benutzern der Wohnung.
Sollte sich ein Paar einen Schlaf und Arbeitsraum teilen wollen so erhöht sich die Miete um 100€

Direkt unten im Haus befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, weitere Geschäfte Läden Kaffes Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe!

Direkt gegenüber ist die Bushaltestelle!

Straßenbahn und Haupteinkaufsstraße in 300m Entfernung!

Alles inclusive: Betriebskosten, Strom, Heizung, Internet.
