There are some good bars and restaurants nearby. Varied and friendly trade area where living becomes very pleasant.
The city center of Lisbon is perfectly reachable, if you want, by walking.
The apartment, with capacity for 2 to 5 people, consists of (please see photos):

In this living room there is, in addition to the table, a sofa bed that will occasionally allow two people to stay overnight. There is also an individualizable space, which could function as an extra bedroom, as it has a divan that can be adaptable to a bed for a single person.
- A main bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and adjoining space with support furniture.
- A bathroom.
- A fully equipped kitchen to which a small and bright sunroom is attached.
