The cozy living features a sofa and a TV, and the kitchen is equipped with all the needed appliances, such as a microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, and dishwasher, among others. There’s also one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one bathroom.
Monthly rentals: Expenses (Electricity, Water, Gas...) are included in the price until max .: € 100
There is a Lisbon city tax of 2 EUR per person/per night is not included in the total price and should be paid upon check-in. This Municipal Tourist Tax is subject to a maximum amount of 14 EUR per guest.
Reservations over 4 months, payment of the last month in advance required.
In case of early departure, the security deposit will be charged.
