The Rose Apartment is located in an emblematic and quiet area and you can easily explore all downtown on foot, including some of the major attractions as Martim Moniz, S. Jorge Castle, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado and Lisbon River Side.
The famous 28 tram and the Martim Moniz metro station is only 3 minutes walking down the street.
You will have the entire apartment exclusively for you.

Another living room with a sofa-bed for one person (90cm) and a wardrobe.

Fully equipped kitchen with: fridge / freezer, microwave, induction plate, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, immersion blender, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils and everything you need for home cooking!

There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a self-service laundry 150 meters walking from the apartment. You can also have laundry service by your door for 1-1,5€/kg.
