Monthly rentals: Expenses (Electricity, Water, Gas...) are included in the price until max .: € 100
Tourist City Tax: if applicable, it will be charged at check-in.
Reservations over 4 months, payment of the last month in advance required.
In case of early departure, the security deposit will be charged.
