There are 4 shared bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, and shower.

💶 REQUIREMENTS

• Cleaning fee of 30€/month (weekly cleaning).
• An additional tenant in double rooms is possible at 100€/month.

• Payment of half the month's rent if your stay is less than two weeks during the month of move-in or move-out.

📜 CONTRACT GUIDELINES
1. Proof of identity required (ID, passport, or driver’s license).
2. Indicate all persons renting or checking in during the booking process.
3. Security deposit to be paid during the contract signature process and refunded upon satisfactory checkout.
4. Rent must be paid by the 20th of the previous month.
5. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the property.
