Casa Elias VII is a residence in the center of Lisbon with fourteen (14) rooms and three (3) bathrooms, oriented towards students and young professionals. It is located between Saldanha and Campo Pequeno.
The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request.
The common area has a dining table with chairs and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff.
The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.
This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks and is just a step away from the Monumental cinema (Dolce Vita), the Atrium Saldanha, Saldanha Residence and Picoas Plaza.
In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Saldanha or Campo Pequeno. The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!
Landlord’s General Rules:
- Checking in on holidays, weekends or on weekdays before 8 AM or after 6 PM have a fee of 34,99€
- All expenses are included in the monthly rent price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas) UP TO 40€/month, per room. In case this amount is exceeded, payment of the remaining amount must be made separately.
- Price for an additional tenant: + €50/month
- Cleaning Fee (1x/week): 49,99€/month
- Fridge inside the room (minimum 6 months): 14,99€/month
- The monthly rent should always be paid entirely. Even if the tenant enters the room on a day different than the 1st of the month, or leaves on a date different than the 30th of the month.

A Casa Elias VII é uma residência no centro de Lisboa com catorze (14) quartos e três (3) casas de banho, orientada para estudantes e jovens profissionais. Situa-se entre o Saldanha e o Campo Pequeno.
Os quartos estão mobilados com uma cama completa e conjunto de lençóis, edredão e almofada com capa, mesa de cabeceira com candeeiro, roupeiro, cómoda, secretária com banco e caixote do lixo. A televisão no quarto está disponível mediante pedido.
