Casa Elias VIII is a residence in the center of Lisbon with sixteen (16) rooms and three (3) full bathrooms + 1 toilet, oriented towards students and young professionals.
The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin.
The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.
All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies.
Landlord’s General Rules:  
- Checking in on holidays, weekends or on weekdays before 8 AM or after 6 PM have a fee of 34,99€
- All expenses are included in the monthly rent price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas) UP TO 40€/month, per room. In case this amount is exceeded, payment of the remaining amount must be made separately.
- Price for an additional tenant: + €50/month
- Cleaning Fee (1x/week): 49,99€/month
- Fridge inside the room (minimum 6 months): 14,99€/month  
- The monthly rent should always be paid entirely. Even if the tenant enters the room on a day different than the 1st of the month, or leaves on a date different than the 30th of the month.

A Casa Elias VIII é uma residência no centro de Lisboa com dezasseis (16) quartos e três (3) casas de banho completas + 1 lavabo, orientada para estudantes e jovens profissionais.
Os quartos estão mobilados com uma cama completa e conjunto de lençóis, edredão e almofada com capa, mesa de cabeceira com candeeiro, roupeiro, cómoda, secretária com banco e caixote do lixo.
A cozinha tem três (3) frigoríficos com congelador, fogão, forno, micro-ondas e está totalmente equipada com louça, copos, talheres, panelas, frigideiras e um conjunto de facas.
Todas as despesas estão INCLUÍDAS no preço final (Internet, TV por cabo, eletricidade, água, gás e limpeza) até 40 € por mês. Fornecemos contratos, recibos mensais dentro do âmbito da lei e ajudamos na obtenção de vistos de residência.
Regras gerais do senhorio:
- O check-in em feriados, fins de semana ou dias úteis antes das 8h ou depois das 18h tem uma taxa de 34,99 €.
- Todas as despesas estão incluídas no preço do aluguer mensal (Internet, TV a cabo, eletricidade, água, gás) ATÉ 40 € por mês, por quarto. Caso esse valor seja excedido, o pagamento do valor restante deverá ser feito separadamente.
- Preço para um inquilino adicional: + 50 € por mês
- Taxa de limpeza (1 vez por semana): 49,99 €/mês
- Frigorífico dentro do quarto (mínimo de 6 meses): 14,99 €/mês
- O aluguer mensal deve ser sempre pago na totalidade. Mesmo que o inquilino entre no quarto num dia diferente do dia 1 do mês ou saia numa data diferente do dia 30 do mês.
