We are renting a room in a 2-bedroom apartment with 1 shared bathroom, located in Penha de França, Lisbon. The apartment also has a 20 m2 outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying Lisbon’s sunny mornings.
We are looking for respectful tenants who will not make excessive noise or disturb the neighbors, as this is a family building with many elderly residents.
The apartment is fully equipped and ready to move into immediately, including:

The building is well located, with direct bus connections to FAUL and the Técnico faculties of Lisbon.
