🛑 Please be advised of the following:
⚡ Utility bills are included up to a maximum limit of 30 euros per room 🚿
💰 - Before check-in, the tenant must pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant if there is no damage to the property. 💶
For double bookings or if there is an extra guest, there is an additional charge of €200 per month.
Please keep in mind that you will be required to pay the security deposit directly to the landlord by bank transfer before check-in.
