This modern bedroom offers a bed , a desk and storage space. This space is ideal for studying or working in peace.
🍳 About the apartment:
This shared apartment has a total of 10 bedrooms. The kitchen , which you share with the other tenants, is modern and fully equipped with electric stovetops, an oven, a microwave a washing machine and a dishwasher. There are also 2 large fridges to accommodate everyone's needs. There are 3 shared bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink and shower.

📜 CONTRACT GUIDELINES
1. Proof of identity required (ID, passport, or driver’s license).
2. Indicate all persons renting or checking in during the booking process.
3. Security deposit to be paid during the contract signature process and refunded upon satisfactory checkout.
4. Rent must be paid by the 20th of the previous month.
5. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the property.
