Connectivity: High-speed fiber internet throughout the entire flat.
Service: Weekly cleaning of common areas is provided to keep the home tidy.

Rental Conditions:
Availability: Now
Minimum Stay: 4 months.
Utilities: Electricity, gas, and water are included. Internet and weekly cleaning cost approx. €25–35/month per person.
Payment: 2 months’ rent in advance (1st and last month) + security deposit.
Guest Policy: Guests are allowed (€10/night). This fee is reinvested to lower the flat's overall utility costs for everyone.
