Located in Alvalade, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the metro Alvalade (green line). Pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient.
The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 of them private). The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals.
Please note:
- Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee.
- Monthly Cleaning Fee: €25. Additional cleaning available upon request.
- Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant.
- Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided.
- Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on Sundays or public holidays.
- Cleaning of the common areas is provided at least twice a month.
A valid identification document is required to complete the lease agreement.
-Your check-in will only be authorised 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed in our bank account and the contract has been signed.
-Overnight guests may incur a fee - please check this with the landlord.
