Located in Graça, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods in Lisbon, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as buses (734, 797) and trams (12E, 28E). Pharmacies, supermarkets are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient.
The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 8 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. Bills are included up to 25 euros. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided.
How does our Reservation Process work:
Once your room is booked here, you will receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to prepare the contract. You must then proceed with paying the last rent, deposit and entry fee directly to the landlord. Your check-in is authorized ONLY 24h after this payment is confirmed in our bank account and the contract is signed.
Our check-ins are from Monday to Saturday from 4pm until 7:30pm. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.

The fresh bedroom is a welcoming and comfortable space, designed to provide residents with a peaceful and restful environment. The room features a cozy bed, desk, chair and ample storage for your belongings.
