This building is in a street that divides Damaia and Benfica neighberwoods, and if you like could be your new home away from home! The apartment are at 5 minuts walking to train station, 10 minuts from Lisbon center, 10 minuts to Colombo Shopping. Free and Easy Parking on the street. This building is very close to the Damaia junction and the Portas de Benfica roundabout, with connection to CRIL, the road from Benfica to Sete Rios (3 km). From here, by car, it takes about 10 minutes to reach the 25 de Abril Bridge, Lisbon Airport, or Belém crossing Monsanto.

Despite the "fancy" LED lighting decoration in the house there are any illegal activity here or external visits. Smoking is not Aloud Inside. I also have a guest that wake up every day at 6 am to go to work. Respect the Night Silence are Mandatory. No Visits Alloud. No Parties.
