Note: Lisbon is the city of 7 hills! With the exception of the riverside promenade, most streets are inclined, sometimes steep - so come prepared!
Estrela Neighborhood is one of Lisbon’s most charming historical areas. A quiet residential spot, it’s not in the city center but just a 20-minute walk away.

- Bus 714 (5 min walk) takes you to Ajuda, Belém, Restelo, or downtown.
- Tram 28 (15 min walk) for a classic Lisbon experience.
- Rossio, Praça do Comércio, Belém, or Castelo de São Jorge can be reached by bus.

Rental Terms & Conditions
- Security Deposit: 1-month rent required to secure dates, refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.
- Extra Guests: Beyond 2 occupants (up to 4 total) – €150/month per person.

This is a fully furnished & equipped accommodation for tourist or temporary stays, with strict rules on access.
As part of a residential building, residents must respect condominium rules regarding noise, cleanliness, and maintenance.
This space is NOT suitable for minors or individuals with cognitive or motor difficulties (chronic or induced) without a responsible companion, as it requires careful use of equipment and respect for the property, neighbours, and community.
