The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained block built in 1974 in a pleasant neighborhood with an excellent location approximately 4 km from the center of Ljubljana with good connections to the city center.
The apartment is bright, spacious (44 m2), nicely furnished, and fully equipped, making it ideal for a couple or 1 person.
The apartment includes:
• an entrance hall with shoe cabinets, wall panels for hanging clothes, and a refrigerator with a freezer in a narrower niche,
• a central living area with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, additional storage cabinets, and a dining table for 4, which can be extended if needed,
• a kitchen niche equipped with a full set of kitchen utensils, separated from the main room by a kitchen counter,
• an additional room with a spacious wardrobe, a desk for two people, and bookshelves,
• a bathroom with a toilet, shower, bidet, and washing machine.
Heating and hot water are provided via district heating, and cooling is provided by a personal air conditioning unit. Internet and TV connection are provided via fiber optic cable. The apartment also includes a storage room in (hidden)ment. The building has a shared bicycle storage area. Free shared parking spaces are available for residents, tenants, and their visitors in front of the building.

In the immediate vicinity are Tuš, Mercator, Hofer, Lidl, and Spar grocery stores, an ATM at Tuš, a Petrol gas station and a post office on Dunajska street, a pharmacy on Ulica 7. septembra, as well as several restaurants (e.g. Pizzeria Luigi, Gostilna Ruski car) and pleasant pubs along Dunajska street.
There are also various opportunities for recreation, such as the Laguna outdoor swimming pool and sports center, and the Sava Recreation Center, which offers picnic areas, children's and various sports playgrounds, cycling and hiking trails, an equestrian arena, and large wooded areas (e.g., the footpath to Rašica), all of which contribute to a high-quality living environment.
Larger shopping centers (BTC, IKEA, Bauhaus etc.) are not far away via the Ljubljana Ring Road, while the Gospodarsko razstavišče exhibition center and the main railway and bus stations are located along Dunajska street towards the center.
