The apartment is located in a new high standard energy efficiency building that was build 2023 on Zaloška street, with excellent connection to center. You need just 7 minutes by train or 10 minutes by bus or car to the center of Ljubljana. The train station is 400m away, the bus station 300m away and bicycle renting 200m away. The apartment is furnished to a modern, above-standard level. It has its own outside parking space that can be seen from the balcony, and it is closed by a ramp.
The one-room apartment has an entrance hall with a large wardrobe and a mirror.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, a stove with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, water heater and a spacious refrigerator. There is also a dining table for 4 people. In the living-sleeping area there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with real comfortable yogi (wardrobe bed with sofa). This bed can be switched in a second (automatically high standard mechanism) in a sofa long 160 cm. The living area also includes two spacious wardrobes and some other storage cabinets. There is a big smart Ambilight TV. On the back side of the Ambilight TV are LED lamps (can be turn on/off) that respond to what is happening and fill the room with a warm, colorful glow. Watching TV is amazing.
Spacious bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower cabin, washing/dryer machine. Apartment has also a spacious balcony equipped with the table and two chairs. On the left and right side of the balcony are built in storage cabinets with shelves where a lot of things can be stored. Apartment has also a basement with 3m2 space, which is under the lock, to open with an own key.
Internet access, many TV programs with look back for 7 days, air conditioning, ventilation in a living-sleeping room and bathroom, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen and towels are available to guests. Windows have blinds that can be lowered/raised electrically. Living room and bathroom have radiator heating.
Apartment is located on the first floor, on the south side with a lot of sun during the day and view to trees and hills.
The building has an elevator and room for bicycles too.
