Kiviju offers a co-living/student house experience in Ljubljana, designed primarily for students and young professionals seeking quality accommodation at a reasonable price. Our house features eight rooms: two single rooms and six double rooms, which can be rented individually or shared with a friend or partner.

• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
• Bicycle shed
• Tranquil garden perfect for relaxing on a blanket, reading under the shade of our Kiwi tree, or simply enjoying some peace and quiet
Location and Connectivity:
Kiviju is situated on Ljubljana's northwest side, offering the best of urban and natural environments. Three major shopping centers are nearby, with nature just steps away. Though 5km from the city center (Tromostovje), excellent connections make commuting easy. A bus stop 400m away provides frequent 25-minute rides to the center. Cyclists can also reach downtown in similar time. Our location balances residential tranquility with easy access to city life, shopping, and nature.

Kiviju prioritizes personal space and tranquility, offering a peaceful retreat in Ljubljana. Our setup ensures privacy for each resident, with shared spaces available for those who enjoy occasional social interaction. We maintain a quiet, respectful atmosphere, allowing you to relax, study, or work undisturbed. While we appreciate friendly relations among housemates, we respect everyone's need for solitude and a harmonious living environment.
Parking:
Numerous free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, Kiviju offers one paid parking space on the premises for those who prefer extra convenience.
