The building is situated in the quite part of Ljubljana with many residential buildings however at the same time in very close proximity to the city center (4 minutes by car). There are good connections with public transportation as Dunajska street, which is one of the main roads to Ljubljana city center, however is at the same time removed from the main road a sufficient distance to have a quiet suburban feel.
The apartment is situated on the second floor. In the apartment there are 7 beds in two spacious bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom, a newly renovated big kitchen area with all the commodity appliances and a balcony overlooking the suburban area.
The price is 330 € / bed per month.
