We offer quadruple rooms in the centre of Ljubljana. We are located only a 2 minute walk from the main train and bus station (Flixbus also), 3 min walk from the old town and 5 min walk from Tromostovje bridge and the Prešeren square. All of the rooms are high-ceilinged, with broad windows and unique furniture all in tones of white and gold making the rooms bright and inviting. Newly refurbished bathrooms with showers available as well as a new shared kitchen and a lounge with a TV.
The prices are as follows:
300 € / bed in a quadruple room (landlord undertakes the responsibility of filling up the room)
Before the start of the lease, it is necessary to sign the contract and pay a damage security deposit in the amount of one month's rent, which is returned after the end of rent if all is in order with the room.
