A lovely room with a double bed available in spacious house in a residential area in Catford. Bathroom private (or to be shared with 1 other guest depending on booking schedule).
Free off street parking available, a few seconds walk for a local bus stop. Trains have direct links to Zone 1 within 12 minutes.
Guest access
You will be staying on the second floor which is a self-contained living area. It has four rooms including two large bedrooms, a lounge area and bathroom.
The space is for guests use only, so at times and depending on the booking schedule it can be exclusively yours including the bathroom and lounge or you will be sharing with just one other guest.
The lounge area is cosy and has a sofa with a smart tv apps include Netflix, Disney plus, amazon prime and many others. The room also has a microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle with tea/coffee supplies.
There's also a washing machine in the guest bathroom and towels are provided for In another part of the house under the stairs there is a dryer which you can use.
There's also a larger kitchen which you can use to store food and cook if needed or required.
The house is professional cleaned every Wednesday.
The local bus, which is a less than a a minute walk from the property will take you directly to Catford Station and Bridge within 10mins.
Bellingham station is 18 minutes walk away.
Other things to note
Please note no overnight guests or visitors.
No shoe wearing in the house
Main kitchen can only be used for preparing and cooking.
Main Kitchen not in used after 7pm.
ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION POLICY
In addition to the standard Homestay cancellation policies, please note that payment must be received in full prior to arrival and made via PayPal, bank transfer or in cash.
Longstay guests whose bookings are over 60 days must give 7 days cancellation notice period to receive a full refund for the remaining non-stay days. There will be no refund for bookings less than 60 days.
