There are three rooms in this family house.
Room 1 - Bright, quiet, warm single/double bedroom with view onto back garden. (currently unavailable)
Room 2 - Large twin room, with character fireplace, and large front window. (currently unavailable)
Room 3 - Large double/twin room, with character fireplace, bookshelves and cabinets, chest of drawers, large front windows. (available from 21/02/18)
Large shared kitchen, comfortable family living room, bathroom, and garden.
Easy going, creatively orientated, professional parents and well behaved child, and small affectionate dog. We are looking for someone who can fit in to the household. During the working week, we aim to keep the house quiet to enable members of the household to sleep, work or relax.
Booking Arrangements
If booking in advance, a non returnable deposit of £300 is required to hold the booking. This deposit will form part of the first month's rental fees.
The remaining fee for the booking needs to be paid in advance of moving in by bank transfer or Paypal prior to the day of arrival, or by cash on the day of arrival.
If staying for more than a month, a month's deposit is required and will be returned at the end of your stay providing there are no damages.
This is a large twin room on the first floor. It has a character fireplace. Hanging storage as well as wardrobes. It has a large window (double glazed) providing loads of light. It is warm and spacious.
