About me:
I’m a UC Berkeley business graduate and spend much of my time working on small business projects and exploring Los Angeles.
The space:
Our home is very well situated in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. We are within a short driving distance of attractions and landmarks like:
- CSUN (Cal State University Northridge)
- Six Flags Magic Mountain
- Universal Studios Hollywood
- Hollywood/Hollywood Walk of Fame/Chinese Grauman Theater
- Santa Monica Beach/Venice Beach
- UCLA
- Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive
- Topanga Canyon State Park
Guest access:
You'd have access to all common areas of our home including our living room, backyard, and kitchen. We reserve a guest bathroom for our guests but if another guest is using that one, you are more than free to use our other one.
We also offer our washer and dryer to you along with detergent and fabric softener for one full wash/dry cycle for free; further loads we ask for a $8 contribution towards those expenses.
If you are bringing pets, we have a $10/night pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture/bed. Any damages to sheets, furniture or flooring will be charged through the Homestay platform dispute center.
We also rent out three other rooms in our home. It is very infrequent that all rooms are occupied at the same time, but if they are, please note that our guest bathroom would be shared by both guests.
