Die möblierte und voll ausgestattete Wohnung (ca. 46 m2) in Ludwigshafen Mitte wurde 2021 aufwändig renoviert. Sie verfügt über einen offenen Wohn-/Essbereich inkl. Arbeits-/Frühstückstheke, separater Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit großes Doppelbett (kann als Twin-Betten umgestellt werden), sowie ein großer Balkon.

Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung ist mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kapseln-Kaffee-Maschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und vieles mehr ausgestattet.

Lage:
• Direkt in der Innenstadt von Ludwigshafen gelegen: Ganze Bandbreite an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe
• 250 m vom Berliner Platz entfernt (zentraler Knotenpunkt für Straßenbahnen, Busse)
• Nah an BASF (z.B. Tore 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 direkt mit der Straßenbahn Linie 7 zu erreichen)
• Nah an Abbvie (ca. 800 m, auch mit der Straßenbahn Linie 6 zu erreichen)
• Nah an Mannheim Innenstadt (Eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle zur Mannheim HBF)

It has an open living / dining area including work / breakfast bar, separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a large double bed (can be converted into twin beds) and a large balcony.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, bed linen, towels and much more.

• Located right in the city center of Ludwigshafen, with a wide range of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity
• 250 m from Berliner Platz (central point for trams and buses)
• Close to BASF (Gates 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 can be reached directly via tram line 7)
• Close to Abbvie (approx.. 800 m, also tram line 6)
• Close to Mannheim city center (one tram station to Mannheim HBF)
• Five-minute walk to the Rhein-Galerie shopping center and the Rhine
• Parking spaces can be rented daily / monthly in the underground car park opposite to the building
