This 50m² apartment located on the ground floor consists of a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, large oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to cook), with a sofa, TV.

– The independent bedroom (160×200 bed), opening onto the terrace through a French window.

– Bathroom with walk-in shower, washer-dryer and a window also opening onto the terrace. Separate toilet.

If rented monthly: Rent of 1,450.00 euros per month, excluding platform/OTA commissions:
Includes a wifi internet connection, a maintenance visit (with the possibility of changing sheets and towels) every 2 weeks, a provision for consumption charges (electricity, water) based on so-called "normal" consumption (120€).

The fees payable by the tenant are 13.00 euros/m² including an inventory (3.00 euros/m²) + an end-of-stay cleaning fee of 100€.
