Located on Rue Royale, this 30-square-meter apartment welcomes you to the Croix Paquet neighborhood in the heart of Lyon’s 1st arrondissement. The Hotel de Ville metro station is just 150 meters away from the property as the crow flies. This move-in-ready studio apartment can accommodate you and one additional guest for a peaceful stay in Lyon. The apartment is located on the ground floor. Since all our apartments are move-in-ready and equipped with Wi-Fi, all you have to do is settle in with your luggage. The rent includes complimentary home insurance.

IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere.
Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 1100 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 2200 EUR otherwise
The refundable security deposit will be 1100 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 2200 EUR otherwise.
If you want to pay the rent monthly, you will also have to provide documents such as payslips or tax notices showing that you or your guarantor can pay the monthly rent.
