Fully furnished and equipped studios. Each suite has its own bathroom, double bed, large closet, desk and panoramic windows with an outdoor balcony*
*Our suites are perfect for individual use or for couples (+€200/month).
*Access to more than 500m2 of common areas with: coworking area, coliving area with TV, games and entertainment room, large fully equipped kitchen, gym, cinema, laundry, storage room, bicycle parking and electric scooters
*All expenses for electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, and high-speed internet are included in the monthly rental price.
*Fortnightly cleaning of the suite, change of bed linen and daily cleaning of the common areas is included in the monthly rental price.
*Maintenance personnel with response within 24 hours.
*Weekly schedule of activities and events.
*The Coliving Manager will accompany you throughout your stay and will help you with any questions or problems that may arise.
Our coliving combines private suites with common areas, all of them fully equipped and designed to offer maximum comfort to our guests. We have different categories of accommodation, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and requirements.
Suiters is a newly built building, where different leisure and work spaces coexist. In addition, as a member of our coliving, you will become part of a community of like-minded people with whom you will share unforgettable moments, thanks to the weekly activities and events organized by Suiters (you can check more on our website and social networks).
Our building is located in the center of Madrid, a minute walk from the Menéndez Pelayo metro (L1), 10 minutes walk from the Retiro park and 10 minutes walk from the Atocha station. In addition to being very close to supermarkets, restaurants, parking.
