If you’re a student and are looking into renting something with some friends or classmates in a clam area but really close to the center, you cannot miss this apartment we have for you at MadridEasy.
It has 3 spacious bedrooms (one of them with a private balcony), 1 full bathroom, furnished living room with sofa, TV, closet and dining area and a kitchen where you’ll find, not only the basics, but also a microwave, washing machine and a terrace.
It’s in the Vista Alegre neighborhood, in the Carabanchel district. From here you’ll get to universities like the Complutense of Madrid, Politecnica or Carlos III in no time, specially since the last one shares the same metro line with the apartment. In the area there’s also lots of small shops, restaurants, bars and places such as the Vista Alegre Palace and its gardens.
The closest metro station is Vista Alegre (Line 5).
Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. The accommodation does not have internet service.

Si eres estudiante y quieres alquilar algún alojamiento junto a tus amigos o algunos compañeros de clase en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca del centro no te puedes perder este piso que tenemos preparado en MadridEasy.
Tiene 3 espaciosos dormitorios (uno de ellos con terraza privada), 1 baño completo, un salón amueblado con zona de comedor, sofá, TV y un armario y una cocina en la que encontrarás todos los básicos, además de microondas, lavadora y una terraza.
Se encuentra en el barrio de Vista Alegre, en el distrito de Carabanchel. Desde aquí podrás llegar fácilmente a las Universidades Complutense de Madrid, Politécnica o el campus de Puerta de Toledo de la Carlos III dado que comparte la misma línea de metro que el piso. Por la zona también podrás encontrar pequeñas tiendas, restaurantes, bares así como el Palacio de Vista Alegre y sus jardines.
La línea de metro más cercana es Vista Alegre (Línea 5).
Los suministros de agua, luz y gas no están incluidos, cobramos una cuota fija de suministros en base al histórico anual que ha tenido el piso, puedes ver el importe de suministros en el resumen de pagos. Los alojamientos no cuentan con servicio de internet.
