The apartment is distributed in a room where we find a double bed, a living area with a couch, a TV, and a small dining area. In addition, the apartment has an equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, etc.) and a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and Wi-fi and is located in a building with a lift.
It is located in the famous Las Letras district of Madrid, a 5-minute walk from Puerta del Sol and 15 minutes from Madrid's Gran Vía. It is also perfectly connected to the rest of the city by subway at Sol (L1,2 and 3 and Renfe) and Tirso de Molina (L1) stations and several bus lines.
💸 The Administration Fee changes depending on the duration of the contract:
- For 1-3 months - 60% of a monthly payment + VAT
- For 3-4 months - 80% of a monthly payment + VAT
- For 4-5 months - 100% of a monthly payment + VAT
- For 5-12 months - 10% of an annuity + VAT
